What Is SupportZebra?
SupportZebra was started by two cousins, Nathan Yap and Niño Duran, in early 2010. When they couldn’t find a customer support call center they were satisfied with for their family business, they decided to create their own.
By understanding what US customers want and matching those needs with local Philippine connections and networks, SupportZebra is able to seamlessly execute successful campaigns for every client. Our staff is based in the US and the Philippines and are Western educated.
